VISION

        The library provides information resources that will help revitalize and strengthen the arts and cultures of Mindanao and supports curricular programs responsive to the changing needs of the region.

MISSION

        The library will lead in providing information in the cultivation of excellence in mind, imagination, character, and the physical well-being of the U. P. in Mindanao students and faculty through a study of ideas, works, and events that constitute his/her heritage and identity as a Filipino and as a citizen of the world.

GOALS

         The Library will assist the students achieve their goals to be excellent in their chosen profession.
